Subscription Terms & Billing Disclosure

1. Subscription Plans

DesignForgeAI offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: $0/month. Includes 50 image generations and 10 video generations per month. No credit card required.
• Pro Plan: $29/month or $24/month when billed annually. Includes 500 image generations, 100 video generations, HD/4K output, and priority processing.
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing. Includes unlimited generations, custom AI training, API access, SSO, and dedicated support.

All plans are subject to the features and limitations described on the Pricing page at the time of subscription.

2. Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on your selected billing cycle.
• Payment is processed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• All fees are listed in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes.
• You must provide a valid payment method (credit card or approved alternative) to maintain an active subscription.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of your account until payment is resolved.
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect on your next billing cycle.

3. Auto-Renewal

All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the renewal amount. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Billing dashboard or by contacting support.

4. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Billing dashboard or by emailing support@designforgeai.co.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
• Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan.
• We do not provide partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.

5. Upgrades and Downgrades

• Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in the current billing cycle.
• Downgrades: Take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to your current plan features until then.
• Changes in generation limits will be applied based on the effective date of the plan change.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first Pro or Enterprise billing cycle. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact support@designforgeai.co within 14 days of your initial payment to request a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

The Free plan has no applicable refund. Refunds are not available for subsequent billing cycles after the first 14-day period, except in cases of billing errors or technical issues caused by our platform.

7. Trial Periods

We may offer free trial periods for paid plans. During a trial, you have full access to the plan features. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically billed for the selected plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and account for violation of our Terms of Service, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. Suspended accounts may lose access to generated content and data. We recommend regularly downloading your content.

9. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if we determine an error occurred, we will issue a refund for the incorrect amount.

10. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may modify these Subscription Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page. Continued use of a paid subscription after changes constitutes acceptance.
