At HALVE SOLUTIONS LLC ("DesignForgeAI"), we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains your rights regarding refunds and cancellations for our paid services.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first Pro or Enterprise billing cycle. If you are not completely satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment.

This guarantee applies only to your first paid billing cycle. It does not apply to subsequent renewals or upgrades. To request a refund, email support@designforgeai.co with your account details and reason for the refund request.

2. Free Plan Refund Policy

The Free plan does not involve any payment and therefore has no applicable refund policy. If you upgrade from Free to a paid plan and then request a refund within 14 days, you will be refunded the full amount and your account will revert to the Free plan.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:

  • Navigate to your Billing dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription."
  • Email support@designforgeai.co with your cancellation request.
  • Contact our phone support at +1-213-698-7776 during business hours.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan. You will not lose any previously generated content, but future generations will be subject to Free plan limits.

4. No Partial Refunds

We do not provide partial refunds or prorated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle after the 14-day money-back guarantee period has expired. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

5. Billing Error Refunds

If you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charges, incorrect amount), contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund for the incorrect amount if an error is confirmed. Refunds for billing errors are processed within 5-10 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

7. Account Closure

You may close your account entirely at any time. Account closure will cancel any active subscription and delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Closing your account is separate from canceling a subscription; if you only want to stop billing, you can cancel the subscription without closing your account.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your transaction.
